Our adapted cancellation conditions cover all uncertainties wich can occur due to the coronavirus. There are no cancellation fees if there are local or personal travel restrictions during your vacation.

Carefree thanks to travel cancellation protection
For a lump sum (“forfeit money”) you get the right to withdraw from the booking without giving reasons, up to the day of your arrival. Early departure is not included. The fee has to be paid immediately upon booking by credit card.
Supreme: 35 € per guest & stay
Finest Family: 80 € per room & stay
Fees without cancellation protection
The following cancellation fees will apply to your booked arrangement:
- Up to 30 days until arrival: free cancellation
- Up to 7 days until arrival: 50 %
- Up to 1 day until arrival: 70 %
- On the day of arrival and early departure: 100 %
Merkur Health bookings are subject to their own regulations.
How can I book the cancellation protection?
For online bookings, you can add the cancellation protection in the second step of your booking process. The additional costs are then shown in the price summary. For bookings via phone or e-mail, please ask our reservation clerks.
When do I have to pay the cancellation protection?
The fee has to be paid immediately when booking by credit card. In case the cancellation protection was not paid, the regular cancellation policy according to the terms and conditions apply.
How long is the cancellation protection valid?
The validity of the cancellation protection begins with the completion of the booking and ends on the day of arrival at 12 midnight.
How do I cancel?
We ask for your understanding that only written cancellations (via e-mail or letter) will be accepted.
