Dogs are part of the family and are just as welcome as you are
We offer special dog friendly rooms with useful details. You can also find a dog shower, a dog lawn and special garbage bags (available at the reception desk) at the Reserve.
As a friendly reminder, we only welcome one dog per room and it must be older than 12 months. Due to state laws, pets are not allowed in the wellness and pool areas, as well as the restaurants (except restaurant “Traube” or the winter garden in the Supreme). Dogs have to be kept on a leash across the entire Reserve.
We understand, that it sometimes happens that dogs ruin things or people might get injured. However, in this case you are liable and therefore responsible for the extra expenses in the case of any inconveniences. We also ask you not to leave young dogs in your room unattended.
