Hatha Yoga Weekend

23.–25. November

From beginner to advanced. Yoga expert Rita Hofmeister teaches classic hatha yoga in the tradition of Sivananda. Through conscious breathing and breathing exercises body and mind come to rest and energy reserves are released.
