What is the weather like in Bad Tatzmannsdorf?
The southern Burgenland offers over 300 days of sunshine per year and the climate is classified as warm and temperate. The annual average temperature is about 9 °C and even in the driest month there is only temporary precipitation. June and July are the hottest months, with temperatures up to 33°C. In the winter months, the average daytime temperature drops to 4-6°C.
Where is the nearest airport?
We are 137 km away from Vienna Airport, the journey takes about 90 minutes.
The Airport in Graz is 91 km away and by car it takes about 60 minutes.
Do you offer a transfer?
We would be happy to organise a transfer for you from the airport, train station or private address. A reservation at least 2 days in advance is necessary.
Can I travel by public transport?
Vienna is connected with Bad Tatzmannsdorf and Oberwart by daily buses (line G1). The Reserve transfer from your bus stop is, of course, free of charge, a reservation at least 1 day in advance is necessary.
Is an early check-in or late-check-out possible?
Early check-ins or early check-outs are sometimes possible, but cannot be guaranteed in advance. It can be requested via the holiday hotline the day before arrival at the earliest. You are welcome to inquire about the availability of the rooms for your day of departure on site from 6 p.m. the evening before. A holiday advisor will inform you about our arrival and departure flat rates.

When does my holiday start?
The wellness & all-inclusive services start at 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you would like to arrive earlier, you can inquire with our reservation team until 6 p.m. the day before. A holiday advisor will inform you about our early arrival package.
When are the meal times?
In the family restaurant

In the buffalo kids restaurant

This restaurant is exclusively reserved for children, so they can also be among themselves while eating. They are accompanied by supervisors from the children’s club.
Is lunch included at arrival or departure?
Lunch is included on the day of departure, but can also be booked for arrival instead, or on both days.
Which food do you offer for toddlers?
With the All Inclusive we offer a wide range of follow-on milk & HIPP products. We have our own toddler & baby buffet and freshly prepared baby rice every day.
Do I have allergies & intolerances?
If you suffer from food allergies or intolerances, we will be happy to take into consideration. We ask you to give this in writing with the reconfirmation at least 3 days before arrival. In the case of particularly severe symptoms, please also inform us about which foods you are not allowed to eat. We offer a small selection of gluten- & lactose-free dishes all day. Additional requests will be charged. We do not offer special diets.
Vegetarians / Vegans: All day long we offer you a vegetarian or purely plant-based menu in our restaurants.
When can I use the wellness area?
The wellness area including saunas is included free of charge from 3 pm on the day of arrival and until 3 pm on the day of departure.
Can I take my pet with me?
There are pet friendly rooms with a small fenced garden. Please note our guidelines. Animals are not allowed in the restaurant, spa or pool area. Dogs are allowed in the lobby directly in front of the reception. Please call us in advance if you want to take other animals (cats, horses) with you.
Can you reserve chairs at the pools?
Chairs at our pools and spa areas are available on a first come, first serve basis.

What is the Reserve Bonus?
The Reserve Bonus, included in many of our specials and rates, serves as a means of payment for consumption in the hotel restaurants or at the hotel bar, for services in the Finest Beauty, Sports Arena, riding facility, for purchases in the Reserve Shop or wine cellar and for greenfees during your stay The Reserve Bonus cannot be redeemed in cash and will become void upon your return home.

Southern Burgenland offers an enchanting landscape to slow down and has a touch of originality. The idyllic hilly landscape is ideal for extended hikes, e-biking and cycling or for running, Nordic walking and golfing.
