What is the weather in Bad Tatzmannsdorf?
Southern Burgenland offers over 300 days of sunshine a year and the climate is classified as warm and temperate. The annual average temperature is about 9 °C and even in the driest month there is temporary precipitation. June and July are the hottest months, with temperatures up to 33°C. In the winter months, the average daytime temperature drops to 4-6°C.
How far is the nearest airport?
We are 137 km away from Vienna Airport, the journey takes about 90 minutes.
The Airport in Graz is 91 km away and by car it takes about 60 minutes.
Do you offer a transfer?
We would be happy to organise a transfer for you from the airport, train station or private address. A reservation +2 days in advance is necessary.
Can I travel by public transport?
Vienna is connected with Bad Tatzmannsdorf and Oberwart by daily buses (line G1). The reserve transfer from your bus stop is, of course, free of charge, a reservation +1 day in advance is necessary.
Is an early check-in or late-check-out possible?
Early check-in or early check-out are sometimes options, but are subject to availability the evening before until 8 pm and are subject to a surcharge per room of 49 € each.
What is included in the All Inclusive Rate?

When does the All Inclusive?
The wellness & all-inclusive services start at 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you would like to arrive earlier, this is possible with our lunch package from 12 noon or starting with the breakfast package from 8 am.

This restaurant is exclusively reserved for children, so that they can also be among themselves while eating only accompanied by carers from the children’s club.
Is lunch included on arrival or departure?
Lunch is included on the day of departure, but can also be booked earlier or in addition to the day of arrival.
What food do you offer for toddlers?
With the All Inclusive we offer a wide range of follow-on milk & HIPP products. We have our own toddler & baby buffet and freshly prepared baby rice every day.
When can I use the wellness area?
The wellness area including saunas is included free of charge from 3 pm on the day of arrival and until 3 pm on the day of departure.
Can I take my pet with me?
There are pet friendly rooms with a small fenced garden. Please note our guideline. Animals are not allowed in the restaurant, spa or pool area. Dogs are allowed in the lobby directly in front of the reception. Please ask us in advance by phone if you want to take other animals (cats, horses) with you.
Can you reserve a chair at the pools?
Chairs at our pools and spa areas are available on a first come, first serve basis.

What is the Reserve Bonus?
The Reserve Bonus, included in many of our specials and rates, serves you during your stay as a means of payment for consumption in the hotel restaurants or at the hotel bar, for services in the Finest Beauty, Sports Arena, riding facility, for purchases in the Reserve Shop or wine cellar and for greenfees. The Reserve Bonus cannot be redeemed in cash and will become void upon your return home.
What can you do in the area?
Southern Burgenland offers an enchanting landscape to slow down and has a touch of originality. The idyllic hilly landscape is ideal for extended hikes, e-biking and cycling or for running, Nordic walking and golfing.
