Best prices per room/night in the booking period, incl. VAT, excl. local tax/tourism levy (€ 3 per Adult/day resp. €1,50 from 10 years/day). We reserve the right to cancel reservations within 24 hours without giving reasons. Bookings are binding and shall be paid in the hotel as soon as you have clicked "Book stay".
Check-in from 3 pm | Check-out to 12 noon.
You must be 18+ years old to book a room.
By law we need a valid national identity card (identity card / passport) at check-in.
For violations of the smoking ban € 250/Room or € 500/Suite will be charged.
Cancellation Terms
If you waive the travel cancellation protection when booking, the following cancellation fees apply to the booked arrangement:
Up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge
Up to 7 days before arrival: 50%
Up to 1 day before arrival: 70%
On the day of arrival and in the event of early departure: 100 %.
Cancellations must be made in writing.

Early Arrival/Late Departure
You have arrived too early? You want to take a rest? We will try our best to accommodate you earlier – please let us know in advance. If we don't have your room ready in case you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage at the reception desk until your room is ready. If you leave earlier than booked, we will charge the full 100% of your booking.
Pet Guidelines
Dogs are welcome at our hotel. Please respect our guidelines for dog owners. We charge a € 30 daily fee for dogs, food is not included.
If you book a stay with your pet, an online booking is not possible. Please contact us otherwise.
- Dogs have to be kept on a leash on the entire Reserve.
- Your dog must be at least 12 months old – we only allow one dog per room.
- In case the room is overly dirty we will have to charge an additional cleaning fee of € 100.
