Our chefs attach great importance to the origin and quality of the ingredients. Making as much as possible ourselves is therefore the motto and this is reflected in the culinary reputation. This begins with sweet, sun-ripened tomatoes for ketchup, continues with oven-fresh pastries and culminates in the farm’s own slaughter for the very best meat products.

The “Extension of the Gourmet Workshop” is glass production facility in the heart of the Reiter Reserve. Since summer 2022, a bakery, pasta shop, ice cream factory and a pastry shop are in operation. Sustainable, homemade products for guests of the Supreme & Finest Family Hotel are produced here in the finest handwork with regional foods without adding any additives.
Directly at the farm, our animals are slaughtered stress-free and in familiar surroundings. This gives us the best quality and allows us to process the whole animal for the best meat and sausage products.
The noble winemaker father-son duo, Hans and Michael Schwarz vinify our grapes into impressive wines. The truly great wines, matured in oak barrels, forms the Panta Rhei series. Art to collect, a symbiosis of pleasure and art offer the Panta Lhei wines.

The foundation for our Eng Alm cheese, awarded the golden cheese harp, was already laid by the grandfather of Karl J. Reiter. On the paddocks of the large Ahornbodens the dairy cows feast on fresh alpine grass and valuable mountain herbs whereby already the raw material milk has a superior quality. Made according to ancient tradition, our Enger Alpcheese matures for 12 months and offers a very special taste experience.
The olives come from the historical region near the Nestor Palace and have already witnessed the Battle of Navarino. From the tree you overlook the sea and the Gulf of Pylos.

In our gourmet workshop we produce brown bread in the traditional way. The sourdough is mixed with the best cereal flour and gets its resting time in a natural way.
