Our chef carefully selects what comes on your plate. We cook with fresh, honest and healthy products from certified suppliers and our own farm. Products with long transport routes and indefinite origins are largely avoided.
7 a.m - 10.30 a.m.
Everything you wish for. The rich breakfast buffet (spread across two restaurants) offers a wide range of fresh and high-quality delicacies. Get your morning vitamin kick from various types of fruit, vegetables and herbs in our juice press room, mainly organic.
For all those you like to sleep a bit longer, we also offer a small breakfast from 10.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m.

The breakfast team led by kitchen chef Helmuth Gangl loves to prepared homemade delicacies for you. Everything labelled “homemade” is made with lots of love and an extra special flavor note. drin.
11 a.m. - 12.15 p.m.
We DO NOT USE any flavor enhancers or glutomatics. Instead of powdered soup, we use elaborately prepared stocks as the basis for various sauces and dishes. Everything is homemade, as far as possible, such as pasta, lasagne sheets, fresh sourdough bread, jams, antipasti, sauerkraut, all cakes, pies and sweets.

The kitchen and restaurant team will spoil you with seasonal delicacies and fine dishes. You can choose from different meat and vegetarian dishes, a variety of matching side dishes and a salad and desserts buffet.
Aroma and taste come with freshness. Every month is dedicated to currently available, seasonal foods, creating a special monthly highlight.
Asparagus enriches the menu in many ways – sometimes it is bitter, sometimes sweet, sometimes woodie, sometimes thick, sometimes thin and sometimes simply perfect. It’s always depending on the year and the weather. Kind of like love.
Gourmet Workshop & Wine Cellar
In order to ensure that your holiday experience continues at home, you can buy various jams, chutneys, honey, lardo, angunossi, house sausages, salami, mountain cheese and many other homemade products at the Reserve. In addition you have the opportunity buy wines at house prices.
12.15 p.m.- 1.45 p.m.
Various dishes especially prepared for the little gourmets, such as Mini schnitzel, fish fingers or pasta.
Our understanding employees are also happy to fulfill special requests and have a big heart for children.
Snacks at the Pool Bar
12 p.m.- 6 p.m.
Soups, spreads, sandwiches, fruit salads, yogurt, whey, cakes, small refreshments, ice cream. We also offer a “bathrobe breakfast” at 6am, including sweet pastries and fresh fruits.
Afternoon Snack at the Hotel Bar
3 p.m. - 5 p.m.
Soups, daily highlights such as: Mini-Frankfurter, meat salad, meatballs, home-made pastries, fresh juices
Non-alcoholic drinks, high-quality spirits, cocktails, beer and Austrian quality wines are included in the fixed price until midnight. From 10 a.m. to 12 a.m. the hotel bar has its own children’s cocktails and a children’s juice bar.
Fresh fruits at the bar. Enjoy a selection of apples around the entire hotel and in your room.
We know that vacations with intolerances may not be easy. Therefore we have good news for our guests with food intolerances: you can definitely relax, we offer various alternatives. Please make sure you state your wishes before your arrival, preferably when you finalize your booking, so our kitchen team is prepared to fulfill your needs!
Not included: consumption after midnight/champagne/selected wines
Meat and meat products, juices, wines, bread, jam – it all come from our farms as well as our own fields and gardens. Our gourmet workshop guarantees the best quality. We take good care of our animals, feeding them with natural food from our own production.
Everything tastes best when the time of ripening is right. This especially applies to the regional products, which are only available seasonally and only fresh for a certain time period, despite the best storage options. We use this as our advantage and therefore only process seasonal and harvest-fresh items.
Since we cannot produce everything by ourselves, partner companies close to the Reserve are important suppliers. This ensures short delivery routes and makes it easier for us to control the quality of the food. Therefore we receive products exactly according to our needs.
Reiters Gourmet Workshop
The foods and dishes from our own gourmet workshop are labelled “honest products”. They are either produced by us or by carefully selected suppliers.
Our vines grow in St. Georgen near Eisenstadt, where winemaker Hans Schwarz presses them to make the best wines for us.
